Yo. I’m August.
I’m just a simple guy. A 36-year-old Filipino, a father and a husband, working hard enough to be a good provider for my family. Out of nowhere became a government employee for more than a decade now (maybe because it runs out on my blood like my father used to be in the public service) and way too many options for the future. I’m hardly an expert on anything, but I’m learning as I go. Learning to live, I guess.Quickly as i can.
The purpose of this blog is to, well, chronicle the journey that I’m on as I face the big scary world of the mid thirty’s and forty’s something and perhaps to find others in the same position or have already gone through it.And so I can cringe at my dorkyass emo-wannabe self ten years from now when I go through old entries.
That’ll be fun! Er. Maybe.
Along the way, I’ll also be posting about all the little distractions that come my way from friends to neighbors, latest music, celebrity affairs, things on TV, movies and nets, about government, poems, arts, my latest destinations on places I’ve never been, things like i wanted the most in terms of hobbies and sports like basketball, bicycle, motors and cars, what’s going on in the world, anything under the sun, etc.
I fell in love with the net so much and became addicted and fan of website development and designed of Joomla platform content management system that’s why i came up doing website stuff…next big thing is that it became my hobby..feels like i am always studying all over and over again (redundant..hehehe). The life we chose and no turning back is my most positive outlook in life.Maybe someday along the way..by destiny..we will cross our paths or something like building bridges to meet up and take a cup of coffee.
